Welcome to Wee Waa, known as Australia's Cotton Capital of Australia. If you are just visiting our town and need to know what is going on please take the time to look over the site.
We have great boutique shopping in Wee Waa and it is hidden away sometimes. We have our own Wee Waa Bakery is just the place for a bite to eat. Or you can try Marinda Nursery and Cafe they have sweet items as a specialilty on weekends. The Wee Waa Newsagency has all the gifts for that special occasion. PJ's Clothing Store is a wonderful place for all the essential clothes as well as the special event you might be going to and watch out for her excellent bargains. There is nothing like shopping in Wee Waa where you are treated as a very special visitor no matter which shop you go into.
Wee Waa is a very friendly place to visit and we welcome our travellers from near and far. Wee Waa is an RV friendly town and has a number of places worth visiting in the district. A trip to the museum is well worth it, when you are visiting, an old blacksmiths shop and a saddlery shop with unknown amounts of old machinery pieces. Even Ita Buttrose found her first Women's Weekly when she visited. You can view the museum times on their website.
Also keep an eye out for our special events throughout the year you might be visiting at just the right time these can be found in the Calendar.
