All Saints Community Church Burren Junction

All Saints Community Church Burren Junction

Our Mission

Who are we and what are we doing with the old church? Bloody great question!

Our local Anglican Church is almost 100 years old. It was originally donated to the community and cared for by generations of locals.

Now it’s our turn.

A group of local community members have come together to make sure this beautiful building remains here for generations to come… and we’re opening it to everybody!

We’re raising funds to preserve, restore and maintain the church so it can continue to be a welcoming place for the whole community. A place to gather, celebrate, reflect and connect, whether for worship, community events or life’s milestones.

We believe this building has a future, and we want that future to be one that belongs to all.

Increasing Property Value

Beyond immediate functional benefits, well-executed extensions can substantially boost a property's market value. In competitive markets like Brisbane, enhanced floor plans and modernised spaces are attractive to potential buyers, offering a strong return on investment.

Side Extensions

Combining rear and side extensions, this approach maximises available space, offering comprehensive enhancements to the home's layout and flow.(Homebuilding)

Key Considerations for a Successful Extension

Planning and Design

Engaging with experienced architects and builders ensures that the extension complements the existing structure, adheres to local regulations, and meets the homeowner's vision.

Budgeting

Transparent cost assessments and contingency planning are crucial. Factors such as materials, labour, and potential unforeseen expenses should be accounted for to avoid budget overruns.(waddellprojects.com)
